The shipyard is strategically located approximately 9 nautical miles upstream from open sea on the Narmada River. It boasts a waterfront of over 500m with 3 slipways, area for 9 – 12 new builds at a go, and two outfitting wharves. The water depth is over 6m at the lowest of low tides.
